Day-by-day itinerary

  1. Day 1

    Departure & arrival in Makkah

    Bus from Hubli to Mumbai, then a direct Akasa Air flight to Jeddah; transfer to Makkah and check-in at Swiss Al Khaleel Hotel, 450 m from Haram.

  2. Day 2

    First Umrah

    Perform Umrah with the group under Mutawif guidance. The 9-night stay in Makkah includes Ziyarat to Badar, Taif, Banu Saad, plus the 3 free group Umrahs (India to Makkah, Banu Saad, Jurana, Taif).

  3. Day 10

    Travel to Madinah

    Comfortable coach transfer to Madinah after 9 nights in Makkah; check-in at Grand Zowar Hotel, 150-200 m from Masjid-e-Nabawi, for a 5-night stay.

  4. Day 14

    Return preparation

    Final ziyarat, prayers at Masjid-e-Nabawi, shopping time and packing before departure.

  5. Day 15

    Flight home

    Transfer to Jeddah airport, Direct Akasa Air flight back to Mumbai, then bus service from Mumbai to Hubli.

The ₹500 online booking fee is fully refundable within 48 hours of booking. After 48 hours the booking fee is non-refundable. Package cancellation terms are as agreed at the office.
